  1. Do I need any prior experience or training?
    • No, our course is designed for beginners and those with some experience.
  2. Are there any requirements to enroll?
    • No prerequisites are needed to join our masterclass.
  3. How long is the course?
    • The course is a full-day program, totaling 8 hours with an hour break.
  4. Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
    • Yes, a physical and digital certificate of completion will be provided.
  5. What language is the course offered in?
    • All courses are conducted in English.
  6. What additional perks do I receive with the course?
    • Lifetime discounts on supplies and future courses, and access to our private network.
  7. Will I work on a live model?
    • Students will observe a live mannequin demonstration and gain insights from comparing different models' natural lashes.
  8. What topics are covered in the course curriculum?
    • Detailed coverage of lash types, product knowledge, mapping, styling, sanitation, and business marketing.
  9. Is there an age requirement?
    • Students must be at least 13 years old to attend.
  10. Are training materials and tools provided?
    • Training tools and materials are not included in the $99 fee but can be purchased for $49.

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in CAD. However, you can use the currency converter to change the currency settings. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Canada Post, UPS or Fedex depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 4-8 business days for orders however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

All sales are FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges for any courses or training kits purchased from Mync Masterclasses.

What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 7 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.


Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at care@myncmasterclasses.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
